What makes you stand out:

+A trusting, communicative and cheerful nature.
+A pro-active way of working with a certain hands-on mentality, but also conceptual experience
 At least 1-2 years of professional experience or more in the human resources field is desirable.
+Experience and knowledge in labour law, ideally also in contract law, is desired, as well as the willingness to further deepen your knowledge in this area.
+At least a bachelor’s degree with a focus on human resources management or equivalent
+Confident communication in German and English

This is what awaits a HR Officer at byterunner:

+You support the organisation in solving personnel and labour law issues.
+You are responsible for the on- and off-boarding process
+You prepare employment contracts, references, certificates and other personnel-related documents
+You take over the preparation of payroll accounting and various administrative tasks
+You contribute to staff development measures and initiate them after consultation with superiors
+You advise the departments on operational personnel issues
+You develop and implement state-of-the-art HR topics
